The Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel is a federal reservation, located in northeastern San Diego County, California. The reservation was founded in 1893 and is 15,526.78 acres large with over 800 enrolled members. The Santa Ysabel Indian Reservation ranges from 3,200 feet to 5,700 feet in elevation and it comprises a land base of over 15,000 acres on three tracts of land. February 2016 the Chairman petitioned the Secretary of the Interior to issue a federal charter for the Santa Ysabel Economic Development Corporation authorized by section 17 of the Indian Reorganization Act. 2021 the Santa Ysabel Economic Development Corporation created Santa Ysabel Roadside a convenience store that offers tribal members, local residents and traveling tourist back country small town prices on a wide variety of products.

Santa Ysabel Roadside has a tribe to tribe business relations with Shinnecock Indian Nation and who manufactures e-liquids made to order.
